Exchanges and refunds
Your legal rights:
When you buy goods from a business, by law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or not as described.
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods in their unopened original packaging to us with the original till receipt within 28 days and we will offer you an exchange or refund.
We regret that due to safety, health and hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on:
Liquids, food items, pierced jewellery items, underwear and swimwear, fragrances and cosmetics, opened bedding, opened duvets, opened pillows, opened mattresses, hats and hair accessories, batteries, light bulbs and toiletries.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
